About our therapists

Amanda MacDonald, LMT (owner)

I am an anatomy nerd who has a deep love for nature! When I’m not at the office, I cherish my time with my adorable baby boy and wonderful husband. We make it a priority to spend as much time as possible outdoors or traveling!

I've gained experience in various environments, but I find the most fulfillment in therapeutic work. Having faced my own challenges with chronic pain and bodily imbalances, I’ve discovered that massage

therapy and the techniques I continually explore have been vital to my healing journey. I am dedicated to helping others achieve balance and functionality where ever they are at.

Since graduating from the Dayton School of Medical Massage in 2016, I have consistently pursued additional education each year. I began my journey with CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute in 2018, and in 2023, I started learning Visceral Manipulation at the Barral Institute. I apply a diverse range of techniques and pressures to address my clients' concerns, often taking a holistic approach to dysfunction, emphasizing that "everything is connected."

I am excited about the opportunity to meet you and to be a part of your healing journey!

Shannon Berry, LMT

Shannon is a licensed massage therapist that graduated from SHI Medical Massage school in Lebanon, OH in 2016. Specializing in chronic pain management and energy healing, she has taken a mindbody perspective and approach to health and wellness.

Since graduating and receiving her license from the Ohio Medical Board, she had continued her education with Traditional Chinese Cupping, Aromatherapy, Tibetian Usuii Reiki Mastery, and is currently working on receiving her bachelor's degree in Sports Science at Wright State University. In addition, she considers herself more of a deep tissue therapist with emphasis on neuromuscular therapy with relaxation techniques.

Shannon believes that health and healing is multifaceted and needs proper support in the mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional body, and is excited to be among so many medical professionals that are as passionate about caring for others.

In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, exercising, and spending time in the outdoors. In the future, she is eager to continue her strength and conditioning education and add breathwork to her field of study. She looks forward to meeting and holding space for you on your journey to a healthier and more balanced life.

Myofascial Release (MFR), recovery after breast cancer, and Craniosacral Therapy (CST).  She brings several years of experience as an occupational therapist, and over 20 years of that as a Certified Hand Therapist.
