60 minutes of massage and bodywork based on your chief complaints for the session. We will use a variety of techniques and pressures to address problem areas.
90 min. Therapeutic Massage
90 minutes of massage and bodywork based on your chief complaints for the session. We will use a variety of techniques and pressures to address problem areas.
*90 minutes is highly recommended for best results when dealing with multiple complaint areas!
90 min. CranioSacral Therapy
90 minutes completely dedicated to using gentle techniques to balance your nervous system and encourage self healing. It is suggested to wear comfy clothing to these sessions as you may remain clothed. 90 minutes is recommended for your first CST session for best results. (CST is only bookable with Amanda currently)
30 min. add-on/follow up massage
Great for a quick follow up massage for a singular area (ie: headache or isolated muscle strains).
Can also be used to add additional time to a current massage if scheduling allows it.
CBD add on
Add a touch of CBD clinics Level 5 Pain relief salve to your massage. Directly applied to problem areas to help relieve inflammation.
Corporate Massage events- please contact us
We are hirable for corporate massage events and wellness events! Please contact Amanda directly to discuss opportunities. Rates vary based on hours, travel and expectations. Therapists prefer to travel with tables as opposed to chairs when possible.
